AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER - DECEMBER, HIGH SEASON IN NOVEMBER
The autumn truffle is closely related to the summer truffle, but its taste and aroma are clearly more intense. The skin is coarser and more pyramidal compared to the summer truffle. The fruit is marbled darker, slightly more towards brown-yellow.
This truffle is usually eaten raw, shaved over pasta or salad. If you want to try it in a warm dish, we recommend adding the truffle at the last minute.
